Are you supposed to be authoritative for your couple of addresses?  If not,
subnet splitting is not relevant to the situation.

Two mistakes in that name; the correct form is

78.68.222.203.in-addr.arpa

Assuming you want the canonical name for the IPv4 address 203.222.68.78, of
course.

I just did a reverse lookup on that address (dig -x 203.222.68.78) and it
returned skillsin.com. which I assume is the correct answer.

Looks to me like there's some config issue with your end.  I can lookup the
name fine.  If it was an ISP issue, it's been fixed.
