First, try running "defoma-app update gs" and see if you get an error 
message.

You might need to upgrade defoma from unstable, then try running
defoma-app update gs, or reinstall gs, etc, with the new defoma
installed.

I _think_ you have a buggy defoma package installed, and just upgrading
defoma won't fix it. You need the other packages to reregister with the
new defoma.

But its all above my understanding...

And what has it fixed by reinstalling the same version of packages?
