Hi again SLUG, I'm still intending starting a SLUG Python SIG, but here's what I need:
* A location. It needs to be able to accomodate say 10-20 attendees. Some facilites for giving talks (eg projector) would be handy. Availability of or at worst proximity to food and drink highly desirable. Anyone got any/know of any good locations? * A time. Tuesdays or Thursdays are my favourites... It will be held monthly. * Speakers. All Python related talks will be greatly appreciated. Of the respondants to the original mail, a fair few were beginners. I'm not sure whether to cater to beginners with talks or with some kind of briefing material. Get in now... speak sooner! Hopefully the first meeting can be held within the month. -Mary.
