Hi: I am looking for resources on how to get a script to automatically login into a member area web site using username and password sent to the web site .
Does anyone know where I can get any info on this ? I know about Perl's LWP module which I think I can use to call the target script sending the username and password to the target, but then what if I want to do more things after successfully loging in (if that actually works!!). How can I make sure that the next set of commands I send will remember that I have logged in, and execute it ?? Any comments or suggestions is welcome.
