I know very few people who run SFTP servers.

I'd rather use SCP, which has many GUI clients. Assuming you meant Linux
ones, I'd recommend:

* kio-fish - a KDE plugin that allows Konqueror and all other KDE apps
to view remote files as if they were locally and transfer them via SSH
and SCP. apps.kde.com

* LUFS - a Linux app that allows you to mount remote volumes accessable
via SSH. freshmeat.net

If you want packages, which People Who Aren't Crap use to install
software </opinion> mail me.
