I've done a couple of Google searches for this, but the word "tab" produces lots of false positives :-(.
In newer versions of Netscape, you can open a page in a new tab, rather than a new window. Can anyone tell me how to open a given URL in a new tab from Javascript? Basically I want to write a page with something I can click on (actually, I'm doing this based on executing some code on a change in a select field) that opens a particular URL, but does so in a new tab, rather than the current window or a new window.
