Presumably something is converting those Faxes into TIFFs? While Hylafax seems to encourage people to use TIFFs it can also readily generate PostScript and PDF files. There are plenty of good viewers of both in Linux. Perhaps it'd be better to have the fax conversion program use those instead of TIFF?
