Seeing as you may have revealed the nature of your mailserver on slug-chat I
can offer this helpful tidbit I found today.
Depending on the level of control you have over the server, and if you can
split the mails up into one per file, you may be able to reinject them into
exchange using something similar to what is described in here to send an
email:
http://www.smallbizserver.net/SBS2000/How_do_I_backup_my_server.aspx
(page was down just then but up earlier today)

Basically, you copy the mail into the pickup directory of the server and
hope it gets delivered to the right place.
If you want help splitting and manipulating the files, I suggest cygwin :)
The other option is moving the mail to another server and using the pop3
connector that is available with SBS, but prob not with yours to suck out
the mail and dump it into the right place.
You might get dud headers tho....

Never tried anything like this myself, but may be able to help further if
you get stuck.....
