I went to domayne and grabbed a Belken F5U409CU USB to rs232 adapter, at the exhorbitant price of $70.00 in round figures the unit that you have is a tad more economical, though not in stock.

I tried the belken and went scrounging around for a driver to suit but same for linux are in short supply. I couldnīt get it to work. Under their policy I can and will return it for refund, then go back to where I should have in the first place - www.everythinglinux!.



This page mentions someone getting it to work with the mct_u232 module

I found a GPS receiver that plugs straight into your USB port, with NMEA output and only $159.00 inclusive of tax!! Does everyone want one??
