yeah shouldn't be a problem.
you could even hack up something that grepped the phonebook.txt for the right number.
and then downloaded the updated phonebook.txt - you would need to figure out the URL using an upstream proxy or something.
gric is just a bunch of ISPS agreeing to let other customers use them for local call access, and passing the authentication off to the customers home isp.
