Yeah, you serve the files out via http or ftp, and run a little script to generate the .hdr files that yum uses. http://www.phy.duke.edu/~rgb/General/yum_HOWTO/yum_HOWTO/yum_HOWTO-6.html If you can't be arsed installing the yum client, Fedora and RHEL3s up2date program can use yum servers (and, in Fedora's case, do by default).
