Nothing apt-able, there is a c# plugin for eclipse, but I dunno if it's any good (I don't like eclipse...), and someone is porting #develop apparently. I use Anjuta and bodgy makefiles.
I have a group project on MS's .NET/C# stuff. I have just apt-get install mono, is there some IDE that aptable and mono workable.
Yet to touch any C# code, although the main development will be on Windows, it would be cool to show the code compiling under linux. :)mcs *.cs
