ftp .... <<SCRIPT . . . SCRIPT
I think the closing SCRIPT needs to be at the beginning of the line.
Correct! or just unindent the final SCRIPT. "<<SCRIPT" tells it to look for "SCRIPT". The indented " SCRIPT" isn't a match.
