No. We started out using two or three, which have been commented out
over the years as the lists in questions died out, and weren't replaced.

I personally am indifferent about the usefulness of RBLs (not least
because I've had to ask my work's ISP to get their outgoing servers
de-listed three times this month). But I'll listen to suggestions of
good ones to be using.
