I've recently acquired a calibrator for my monitor, and downloaded the
Argyll FOSS that goes with it.

If anyone wants to workshop the whole process with me I'd been keen to
get together and spend some hours on it.

At the same time you'll be able to profile your monitor/printer if you
don't own one of these profiling gadgets.

I live in Surry Hills, and I have a space we could work in. You would
need to bring your monitor and computer (and printer?) with you unless
you want to join in the workshop just for the experience.

I don't have a particular time or date in mind just yet. Depends on who
and what turns up, but we would have to think in terms of quite a few
hours, or a whole day.

If you have no experience and you want to come, please download relevant
software and do some reading so that we can hit the ground running. I
can make suggestions to anyone who's interested. This is a learning
curve for me too - I'm no expert. If anyone IS an expert I would love to
see you ;-)

David

[PS: if you want to come, let me know when you CANNOT be there, to make
it easier to co-ordinate a time and date]
