http://www.fedoralegacy.org/ stopped ages ago; you're on your own. You might be able to get the source rpm from a later fedora or redhat distro, apply a source patch, then rebuild from source rpm. That's the way I'd go. But you should get rid of redhat7.3 as soon as possible.
