Application font --> FreeSans Medium 12pt
ditto Document font
ditto Desktop font
Window title font --> Sans Bold 10 pt
Fixed width font --> Monospace 14pt

I guess I should also add that this is the 64 bit version, although I
can't see that this cuts any ice.
