SuSE (10.3) is a good fit and has the best sysadm tools to get the job
done both GUI and curses for remote admin (IMHO nothing else comes
close)
It is also trivial to do this with ubuntu. More admin required, but easy
anyway (unless you want a public non passwd samba share :-)
