The easiest way is with SSH.

  $ ssh -D 9000 some_remote_unfiltered_server

Then, in your web browser's proxy settings, tick the "SOCKS proxy"
option, and set it to use "localhost" port 9000.

Done. Browse the web unfiltered.

Addendum: I could add the (unnecessary) -C flag to enable compression,
which would improve performance, but I wanted to illustrate the utter
simplicity of the above example.
