I haven't used it myself but there is an "embedded" port of OpenJDK that is meant to run on ARM: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/javase-emb7u2-relnotes-1395056.html I'd be interested in hearing how you progress with this, we tried running some of our code on ARM devices a few years ago using other implementations of Java and experienced some compatibility issues.
