sudo apt-get install libdvd.css.so.2

should install same, shouldn't it?

I haven't tried installing this lib. But usually, one does
not specify the version of the library or software component, e.g.

sudo apt-get install libdvdcss

To see what the name really is:

sudo apt-cache search dvdcss

and take a squizz at the results.
