You will want to go to Sim Lim Tower for stuff like that. Small shops.
Also, a few shops in Sim Lim Square (which is mostly consumer
electronics and computers) sell some of this, I think one is UF (?)
Electronics on the 3rd floor..
There are some more shops around the same area (up Jalan Besar to
jalan Besar Plaza).
