BRM to be held in Feb 2008 I thought that failing to meet 2/3 majority of P member vote plus more than 25% disapproval of total votes meant that the ISO fast track process should be halted? Anyway, since Singapore voted Approval with Comments, does that mean that if the Comments are not addressed, Singapore will change its vote to Disapprove in the BRM?
