Hi guys, Just wanna ask if anyone has had any experience with recovering data on a drive that seems to have a serious case of bad sectors?
Is there any way to pull the data safely back out again? Format is reiserfs. Checking it gives a list of bad sectors, so I've saved the list and passed it --rebuild-tree, but new bad sectors keep popping up each time I try to do that and the rebuild never completes. Any suggestions? rw
