I can help sparingly during my free time. It's not much, but at least
can help a bit from time to time. I think having a few moderators
would be good to reduce the amount of work.

I believe that we should keep this list open. We are having similar
discussion on another list right now. There was quite an interesting
suggestion of doing challenge-response e-mail when an unknown users
write in. I'm not sure how feasible that is.
