Minor nitpicking, NetworkManager was a project initiated and run by Red Hat (mainly) with help from Novell and and a bunch of others. See the credits list below: Christopher Aillon [EMAIL PROTECTED] Jonathan Blandford [EMAIL PROTECTED] John Palmieri [EMAIL PROTECTED] Ray Strode [EMAIL PROTECTED] Colin Walters [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dan Williams [EMAIL PROTECTED] David Zeuthen [EMAIL PROTECTED] And others, including: Bill Moss [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tom Parker [EMAIL PROTECTED] Peter Jones [EMAIL PROTECTED] Robert Love [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tim Niemueller [EMAIL PROTECTED] I do not see any one from the Ubuntu camp contributing per se though - maybe there are bz postings and patches. Fedora 9 and all the newest distributions will support the VPN from NewtorkManager. If you have the USB broadband solution from M1, SingTel or StarHub, plug it in and viola, NN will pick if up and make an option available in the applet to connect via that option.
