Not sure about the exact figure, but, on related note, there's this study on worldwide IPv6 availability presented recently: http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20081113-google-more-macs-mean-higher-ipv6-usage-in-us.html I could find the slides[1] with world map for the distribution (obviously Singapore is too small to be seen in a docs slides) but not the paper or the exact figure (if there is one published).
