There are currently job openings for Developers/Senior Developers at
Platform Computing's Open Source Grid Development Center[1] (OSGDC).
Responsibilities
=============
* Design and develop complex projects, including functional analysis
and investigation, high-level design, low-level design and
implementation
* Participate in component level designs together with other senior
developers or architects
* Effectively test and identify tricky bugs to resolve time critical,
business critical product/issues
* Research and understand marketing requirements for new technologies
or development tools
* Participate in and support the open source community around the
projects
Job Requirements
==============
* Degree in Computer/Software/Electronics & Communications Engineering
with
minimum 2 years' software development experience in LINUX/UNIX
environment,
preferably with system administration on Red Hat Linux/Suse Linux
* Advanced skills in programming languages, operating systems,
development
environments/tools such as Python/Ruby is highly desirable
* Motivated, passionate and self-starter
* Strong team player and the ability to get things done in a dynamic and
agile environment
* Problem solver and constantly seeks to improve processes
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Experience in High performance computing system is an asset
* Active participation and contribution to open source community
is an advantage
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are most welcome to apply

Platform Computing[2] is a pioneer and the global leader in High
Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure software, and the OSGDC
based in Fusionopolis, Singapore leads the organization's open source
community efforts by example. We use agile methodologies and work
