One might wonder: what benefits does disabling the command line give?
You don't need to disable command line to make something targeted for
casual users. Even Windows has command-line prompt.

Well I do see the downside:
- When users are looking for help with the OS, a lot of expert are
going to give them the (IMO) easy to follow: type A in terminal, then
type B, then type C. If there is no command-prompt...
- When users grow, they may want to use the terminal sooner or later.
- It makes the OS not as powerful as it should have been.

One positive side:
- Some guys are gonna have fun trying to enable the command-line. d:
