I know that the APC network switched PDUs are supported fence devices on
the RHEL cluster software. You can look at the 230V models here:

I believe the price is quite reasonable and they should be available
through any of the Singapore APC resellers (they should be available ex
stock).

I have used WTI RPS-10 with some 2 node HA linux clusters quite some
time ago, which we got through a reseller in Singapore (I can't remember
exactly who but I just emailed WTI and they can give me the name).
These are two that I know off hand that you can buy here in SG.
