In making the updates to the document today, I realized that some of

requires that the submission must be in MS Word format. Would someone
that has a copy of Word 2003 please check the Word-format version of
the document for glaring errors of layout?

Hi,
I used my office 2003 and view the doc, and it looks pretty funny with
all the "deleted" stuffs, no idea what is causing them.
I have printed it to a pdf, take a look. ==>

In the review pane/ Tools > Track changes menu, change it to be "Show
Final" - the current setting is Show Final with Markup.
