We use KnowledgeTree. The web interface is a little kludgy, but the functionality is good. If you go for the commercial version, you get this rather neat explorer/MS Office plugin, which greatly improves the usability. They've told me that they have a similar plugin for Linux/OpenOffice in their pipeline, but they haven't said when it will be available.
