I'd go for Starhub Cable.
Myself and family had been using Starhub cable since the 'SCV' days. Mid 1990s
as a pilot tester till now. The ease of use keeps me with the cable internet
service.
There are more options springing up now, but previously cable was the King of
Broadband in SG.
Yes, there are complains generally about its speed, then again, there are
general complains on the same matter for other service providers too.
Net net, I'd still stick to Starhub cable for home use for now.
My friend recco MIO, am looking into that option too.
He had good feedback about MIO.

Subject: [Slugnet] Getting Online in SG?
Hello all,
I read through the wiki articles:
http://wiki.lugs.org.sg/Getting_Online_in_SG
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_in_Singapore
It looks like cable = the way to go (I'm assuming that they all provide
DHCP and getting them to work with a broadband router and hence my linux
boxes won't be an issue ;).
Anyone have any comments good/bad about StarHub, PacNet, or MobileOne?
Thanks,
Patrick
