As a workaround, it should be possible to use cisco just as a switch, and enable NAT (default) on each of the WiFi. The 50% slow down is not normal, it must be something wrong with routers/settings or network setup (bad cables, bad routing, overloaded wifi's cpu, etc) Btw, you can always ask M1 to let you manage _your_ router yourselves.
