I'm on a Starhub connection but I didn't get the "helpful" page simply
because I wasn't using Starhub DNSes. They screwed up (extremely slow)
with an update for one of my domains and I hard-coded to bypass their
DNSes. If one is looking for an option on DNSes to use, you can consider
OpenDNS or use Singnet's (165.21.83.88 / 165.21.100.88)

PS - Its a lovely Sunday morning ....
