I'm in the process of getting a fon from indonesia. Managed to make an arrangement where I pay in sgd, instead of converting to rupiah... They're sending via EMS, for which i'm paying USD 15. Although based on the rate I get, i lose a few sgd if I use xe.com as the reference.
