This whole year I've been away from home and have seen and experienced a lot of things. Among them, I have come to see that the entire third-world will take many, many more years to embrace Cloud Computing. Desktop and offline systems are still important home and office appliances. I for one will stay away from these so-called "web platforms" for the foreseeable future, because my data is mine alone and I'm not going to "put 'em all online" - ever. -- GPG/PGP ID: B42DDCAD _______________________________________________ LUGS Mailing list - [email protected] List FAQ: http://wiki.lugs.org.sg/LugsMailingListFaq Info page: http://www.lugs.org.sg/mailman/listinfo/slugnet To unsubscribe send an empty email to: [email protected]
