Not so fast. I have complains to cable/mobile Starhub. They promise 16mb over cable but it never gets higher then 11mb (tested using speedtest.net at 4am). Mobile broadband is even worst. It slows down almost to 0.5mb sometimes that it's hard to check even gmail. Also, keep in mind that broadband IP address might be behind some kind firewall/NAT with all related problems.
