One method I had adopted earlier: 1. Get access to an IMAP server ( I installed dovecot IMAP on a linux box)
2. Configure Outlook IMAP mail client (server name/IP, username, password etc) on the machine containing Outlook 3. Copy the folders from Outlook (only those that you wish to convert to HTML) to the IMAP server folder 4. Use a tool such as mhonarc to convert the mails to HTML - this happens on the linux machine running IMAP server 5. Copy the HTML files to any webserver Regards Anand On Mon, May 30, 2011 at 6:44 AM, Rachel Ann Alina <[email protected]>wrote: > How can I share PST file so that my team can view our archived emails? > _______________________________________________ > LUGS Mailing list - [email protected] > List FAQ: http://wiki.lugs.org.sg/LugsMailingListFaq > Info page: http://www.lugs.org.sg/mailman/listinfo/slugnet > To unsubscribe send an empty email to: [email protected] > >
