[slurm-dev] Integration with FlexLM license management

I have found this feature is planned in version 2.4 and beyond from the 
roadmap. 
But I am very interested in it.
Are there already any stuff(idea, code, or algorithm .. etc)?
If possible, I may contribute in this aspect.
