The attached patch makes drmaa run_bulk create a job array when
compiled against slurm 2.6.0 or above. I've tested it on slurm 2.3.2
as in debian 7 as well as hand compiled 2.6.3 and 14.03.0-0pre6 via
drmaa4ruby. The #if version stuff is a bit ugly if we want I could
make a patch without it for say a slurm-drmaa 1.1 release that only
supports slurm 2.6 and above. Thoughts appreciated,
