So I want to set up a partition so that each account gets up to a certain TRES limit and no more. I don't want to do it per user as a user could be part of multiple accounts, and I don't want to do it globally per account as we have backfill partitions that I still want the account to have access too. I just don't want any given account to dominate the partition, especially if that account has perfect fairshare and submits a ton of jobs at once.
I was hoping that the Partition QoS could help me do this. However, I'm not sure how Grp limits apply here. I would use something like GrpTRES but from my reading of the description it would apply to the whole QoS and hence the whole partition rather than on a per Account basis. There is MaxTRESPerUser, but I want something more like MaxTRESPerAccount (I don't know if this exists and I'm just missing it).
