[slurm-dev] slurm-dev OverTimeLimit relative to requested time + tracking of tmp file size

Hi,

I am currently setting up a test cluster using slurm and I would like to
1. specify OverTimeLimit to be set relativly to the requested time of
   the job in question and
2. keep in some form track a jobs max tmp file size during execution or
   something similar and commit it to the DB

Sadly I did not find anything along those lines in the documentations. 
Does anyone have an idea whatever these things are possible or not?
