I could remember the details wrong. You could write a shell script that sets up traps, start it, and manually send signals to it with kill to see what happens and how to write it to get the signals caught immediately. That way you know the traps are set up properly, and can start testing in slurm afterwards. > Could it be something wrong with how my partitions are defined?
