Re-downloaded the file and re-installed. Same error... PSAPI.DLL file missing. This doesn't happen with all the programs. The FWUpgrade works fine and does upgrade the APPo. The SimpleMonitor is the one that gives the error. Tried uninstalling and re-installing... same error. This is with Win98 SE.

After and extremely slow download and what appeared to be a normal install, I get an error about a missing .DLL file, PSAPI.DLL. The previous version was running okay.
