Pls change the Ethernet cable & AC adaptor and connect to PC direct.
Does this works? If the problem still persists, then this unit has to
RMA.

No, it doesn't pass traffic to the client PC/router. The only
communicating that it does is from the radio to the ap. In other words,
I
can see it, ping it and upgrade it from the wireless side. From the
Ethernet side, I can't see it, can't ping it and can't upgrade it. Can't
talk through it to the wireless side nor vice versa (can't send traffic
to
the client PC).
