Title: RMA Policy?

 I have 2 SB Outdoors that have gone bad and would like to send them back but want to know the qualifications as it is one of them has the cable cut about 1' from the sb unit because of some miscommunications with a subcontractor. And the other one I wouldn't mind cutting it off before I send it so I don't have to pack such a big box full of cable. Also both of them are missing there stickers on the front. (We were gonna get custom stickers but haven't had the chance to find a decent online retailer to get em made from any suggestions?) One of the units has 0 LQ no matter how close it is to the AP I mean it can be 20 feet away and it is 100% RSSI and 0% LQ and doesn't pass traffic it just isn't working at all... The other unit is really dead. I have tried recrimping them both several times the second one just doesn't accept packets over its Ethernet and the RF drops as well, if I ping the unit via Ethernet I get 2 pings and  many timeouts and a few pings and many time outs forever.
