I was hoping you would respond. :-)

Here's my "tentative" layout. I'm still in the process of ordering the
radios and setting up the towers, but I have to begin moving IP's around
to become a little more "IP efficient" prior to going live.

Right now, everyone is on my 208.32.148.128 with a subnet of
255.255.255.128 and no routing. With one antenna, life is simple. I
need to redesign my network so I can add POP's with minimal changes.
I'm adding a Mikrotik to each POP and one at the NOC. I was hoping to
use NAT with private IP's for my residential users and then give
businesses public ip's using the reverse NAT (redirection). I'm open
for suggested layouts. I want to have the "central" control and still
be able to add POP's, antennas, and IP subnets with minimal pain.

I just worry that if I throw up NAT, I wont be able to access the radios
behind it from my NOC, which means I will need public IP's for everyone
or something.

Not sure exactly what your struggling with but then I don't know how
your network is setup and is running.

But there should be no problems setting up with private ips and still
be able to manage things.. Where are you running into troubles with
this ?
Send me a layout of your network and I can get you some suggestions
how you can solve this. There are a bunch of different solutions just
depends on what the problem is...
