Last week we received Qty. 2 AirBridge Outdoor units from Electro-Comm. I installed one on a Tues. and by Wed. the customer called and said they could not connect. I went out and discovered the radio side to be non-functioning. I replaced it with the other one from the same shipment. The next day, the customer called, no signal, so, back out I went and found the same problem. So, by then all I had in stock was an Air Point Total, so I put it in Client Bridge mode just to get the customer running.
Also, on the first unit that went bad, I could log in to the unit but there was no radio activity. The second unit I could not log into.
Anyone know what’s going on here?
Also, two weeks ago I received Qty. 3 Air Point Pro Indoors. One of them has a loose connection or main board short out such that when you jiggle the Ethernet connector, the unit shuts off. So, if you are very careful and set the unit down just right, it will stay on but if you jiggle the Ethernet wire it shuts off.
