Bobby we can help ya out but we really need a lot more information than just "It's not working" Sorry to sound pushy just make sure u're dhcp or primary port's are set to the way the traffic has to go to get to the NOC. And like alex said that both config's are allowed.

Does both the admin and user password cannot login? Can you ping the device? Pls check that the Primary Port is set to wireless and that Configuration Port is set to both interface.
